Hi Barbie! Hi Ken!My name is Akira and i have taken a big risk to start a small buisness in baking!I have always had a sweet tooth and baked goods have always been my favorite especially with coffee!!Going back to when i was a little girl, I would watch my mother bake, all sorts of different things but still to this day one of my families favorites is Tirimisu. It is the way friends and family are so touched by the fact that she baked something herself but it also tastes good enough to ask for it every year for an occasion.My mom created memories through baking and i want to do the same.
